Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of July 2023.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. We charge a flat rate of AUD $7.95 per item. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Biaggio Signorelli Foundation Charitable Trust ships goods only within Australia. 

Customer Service Policy

Biaggio Signorelli Foundation Charitable Trust is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative item, or full refund.

Refund Policy

We will NOT accept returns for change of mind, we will only accept exchanges for faulty or damaged goods. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we offer exchanges if it is sent back to us in its original un-used condition and packaging within 30 days. Upon return of the item, we will send you a new one of the same colour and style. We will also refund your postage cost (based on Australia Post Regular Parcel).

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all. Biaggio Signorelli Foundation Charitable Trust uses cookies to allow you to purchase items in your shopping cart.
